Bonjour a tous,
La  mezzanine du gite, qui sera un bureau ou une chambre supplementaire, est presque terminee. On a opte pour une structure en sapin vissee directement sur la ferme de la charpente.
Ci-dessous, ma belle-mere et moi sommes en train de verifier la hauteur et la solidite du plancher.
Hello again,
The Gite's mezzanine,which will be either an office or an extra bedroom,is almost ready.We chose to build a pine structure, fixed directly onto the oak frame.

On a opte pour un escalier a pas decales pour acceder a la mezzanine, afin de perdre le moins de place possible au sol.
We used a space-saver stair,the ideal solution in this case.








































Ci-dessous, la vue d'ensemble. Les deux portes visibles sur le bas de la photo sont les portes des deux chambres de l'etage.

Le plancher de la mezzanine est en "tripli" qu'on va tout simplement vernir. Sur cette photo, on voit bien la texture de la mousse polyurethane autour du velux). Je trouve que ca rend bien,qu'en pensez-vous?

We simply used plywood over the joists to create the mezzanine's floor.On this picture we can see clearly the texture of the polyurethane foam(around the velux).I like the result,do you?
